Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items must be free of stains, odors, or any signs of wear

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Items with removed, damaged, or missing tags

  • Items showing visible signs of use, including stretching, marks, or scent

Return Process

Include your order number and reason for return.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Approval
All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.
If the item does not meet our return conditions, the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges
We recommend placing a new order for faster processing if you need a different size.
